After a certain plot was settled on respondent no.4 by an order dated 24.8.2016, the Pradhan of the village has filed an application for recall of the order. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Recall Application is not being decided.
It is, therefore, directed that the Recall Application No.256/2016 in Case No.T-201615657014154 (Nagendra & Ors. Vs. State & Ors.) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
