Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 11.01.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.833 of 2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the communication in Na.Ka.No.669/2015/Aa1 dated 16.04.2016, by which, the petitioner was informed that the matter is pending with the Government for taking appropriate decision in this regard.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed, however giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action.
