Argument is that the impugned order dated 5/6/10 cancelling the petitioner's licence to have a market upon the land in dispute is totally illegal and in violation of principle of natural justice. It is further submitted that in fact the impugned order is the result of various exercises at the level of the petitoner and passing of the order from time to time by the Civil Judge in O.S.No.14/96 The matter needs to be decided.
Notices meant for respondents 1 to 5 and 7 and 8 have been accepted by the Standing Counsel.
Issue notice to respondent no.6.
