JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was called out twice, none has remained present for the petitioner. Hence, dismissed for want of prosecution.
[S.R.BRAHMBHATT, J.] The Court ordered dismissal for default of this matter in presence of the advocate for the respondent. Thereafter, learned advocate for the petitioner appeared and requested for restoration and conducting the matter but as counsel for respondent is not available, the matter is restored at oral request and it is kept on 26.06.2012.
