The Court has waited for sometime. However, none is present on behalf of the petitioner.
Sri V.B.Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 is present. Sri V.B.Srivastava states that Munna Singh Yadav( respondent no. 2) has already expired on 26.10.2003.
