Patil, AGA for R1 and 2; Sri.Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, Adv. for R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct to the respondents to accord permission for organizing the Sree Gangaiamman Festival between 6.00 a.m. of 28.04.2019 till 6.00 a.m. of 29.04.2019 at the Bashyam nagar, Srirampuram, Bengaluru and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Sri.G.R.Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri.Vijay Kumar A. Patil, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
Sri.Shiva Prasad Shantanagoudar, learned counsel for respondent No.3.
The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file an application before respondent No.1 seeking permission to use the loud speakers on 24.05.2019.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in case such an application is submitted, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make an application with regard to their grievance before respondent No.1 within a period of one week from today.
5. Needless to state that in case such an application is made, the same shall be dealt with by the competent authority in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
