1. This application has been filed with a prayer to recall the order dated 31/01/2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.8641 of 2011, whereby the said petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Heard Mr.Vikram J Thakor, learned Advocate for the applicants (org. petitioners), and perused the averments made in the application.
3. For reasons contained in paragraph No.3 of the application, the prayers made by the applicants deserve to be granted.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 31/01/2012 passed in Special Civil Application No.8641 of 2011 is recalled. The said petition is directed to be restored to its original status on file.
4. The Application is disposed of, in the above terms.
