The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation. According to the petitioner Ext.P1 has been submitted on 18.9.2014. 2. In view of the limited relief sought, I am satisfied that this writ petition can be disposed of, directing Ext.P1 to be considered.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, provided the representation has been received and is pending.
