The application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of Charge Sheet No. 01 dated 06.01.2019 in Case No. 2015 of 2019 (State Vs. Basdeo) arising out of Case Crime No. 488 of 2018, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kasya, District Khushinagar.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant informed the Court that the accused has already been arrested. Submission made by counsel for applicant is that a direction for expeditious disposal of proposed bail may be given by this Court. The other part of the prayer seeking the quashing of charge sheet has not been pressed by the learned counsel for applicant.
In view of the submission made by the applicant's counsel, this application so far it seeks quashing of charge sheet is concerned, stands dismissed. However, in the circumstances it is directed that if any such application is moved on behalf of the accused in the court below, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the prosecution.
With the aforesaid observations, this application stands disposed of.
