The grievance of the petitioner is that the Exchange Case No. 1418 of 2018 (Basawan vs. Land Management Committee) under Section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is not being decided.
It is, therefore, directed that the Exchange Case No. 1418 of 2018 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
