This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.6.2017 vide Annexure-A and grant him complete medical Reimbursement of Rs.27,748/- (Twenty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty Eight Only) along with interest and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner even when the matter is taken up in the second round.
Learned Government Advocate for respondents.
In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2017 and to grant him complete Medical Reimbursement as on 27.10.2016 along with interest.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Government Advocate has produced a memo dated 18.07.2017 in support of his contention with the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.06.2017 has already been decided and the same has been rejected. However, the aforesaid memo dated 18.07.2017 is taken on record. Since, the aforesaid memo dated 18.07.2017 is not under challenge, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid memo dated 18.07.2017 in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
