Puttappa, Aged about: 55 years, Govindanahalli Village, Kikkeri Hobli, K.R.Pet Taluk, Mandya District-571 423. …Respondents (By Sri.S.T.Naik, HCGP for R1) 2 This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order dated 19.09.2011 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge and JMFC, K.R.Pet in C.C.No.205/2011 thereby taking cognizance of the offence p/u/s 341, 504, 506 r/w Sec.34 of IPC and consequently quash the entire proceedings thereon in so far as it relates to the present petitioner herein-accused No.2.

ORDER Though sufficient time has been granted, office objections have not been complied.
Again, the matter is called at 4.40 pm. Office objections have not been complied and yet again, time is prayed.
