The Special Land Acquisition Officer, Mysuru Urban Development Authority, Mysuru-570 001. ... Respondent This MFA filed under Section 54(1) of Land Acquisition Act against the Judgment and Award dated 19.11.2014 passed in LAC No.502/2006 on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Mysore, allowing the claim petition for compensation and seeking enhancement of compensation.

As per order dated 12.12.2018, learned counsel for the appellants was granted three weeks time to comply with the office objections. If the office objections are not complied with, within such period, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants and office objections are also not complied with. Hence in view of the order dated 12.12.2018, the appeal stands dismissed.
