Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
It is too old writ petition which has been filed in the year 1999 in which the prayer for quashing the FIR has been made. In such old case it is presumed that investigation would have been completed. Therefore, this petition has become infractuous.
Accordingly it is dismissed.
