Mrs. Raval, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions from her client, states that the post-dated cheques handed over to Mr. Gupta today will be honoured.
Mr. Gupta, learned advocate states that the post-dated cheques given earlier by the respondent, if any, will be returned to the respondent, and no action will be taken on the basis of those post-dated cheques.
