1. Petitioner is seeking a direction to take action against respondent no. 8 for commission of alleged forgery and misuse of power when he was holding the office of Village Pradhan.
2. The term of respondent no. 8 as Pradhan was from 2010 to 2015. We do not find any just reason now to agitate the cause aforesaid after a lapse of about 5 years.
3. Even otherwise, no definite material is available on record to substantiate the allegation.
4. The writ petition is dismissed.
