The supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 27.3.2018 passed by the first respondent in Revision No.125 of 2014, Computer Case No.C2014070000125 and the order dated 30.6.2012 passed by the second respondent in Case No.28 of 2012 and for direction to the respondents not to dispossess him from the land in dispute.
The matter requires consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel appears for the State respondent nos.1 and 2. Shri Anuj Kumar has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.10. Issue notice to private respondent nos.3 and 9, returnable at an early date. Step may be taken within a week. The respondents are accorded six weeks' time to file response in the matter. The petitioner will have one week thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
