1. Essentially, the petitioner claims employment on compassionate grounds, because father of the petitioner died in harness while serving in Uttar Pradesh Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd..

2. Impugned order Annexure No.13 does not make it explicit whether the respondent Corporation has adopted a policy, in terms of directions of the State/Department not to give employment to the family members of any employee who dies in harness or only the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. List this case on 12.9.2012. Before the said date, respondent Corporation shall file a short affidavit clarifying the query/observations made above.
