The prayer made in the instant petition, by the defendants of Original Suit No.329 of 2015 is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the defendants have filed their objections long back but the application for temporary injunction is not being decided.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to ensure that the injunction application is decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
