Mr.P.P.Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the order dated 14.02.2011, passed by the concerned Investigating Officer under Section 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code and submits that some time may be granted, so that further instruction can be obtained from the petitioner Bank.

Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents-State submits that today the Investigating Officer has not remained present in this Court and he also seeks time to see that the Investigating Officer along with investigation papers remains present before this Court.
