SAHAI) Learned counsel Mr.Jigar Raval for the respondent No.3 states that he may be permitted to withdraw the Vakalatnama as counsel for respondent No.3 for which he has filed a note dated 21.2.2012. In view of note submitted by learned counsel Mr.Jigar Raval, he is permitted to withdraw as counsel for respondent No.3. The petitioner shall take necessary steps to serve respondent No.3.

Issue notice to respondent No.3 returnable on 09th April, 2012.
