In view of decision of this Court in the case of IDBI Bank Ltd. vs. Hytaisun Magnetics Ltd & Ors. reported in 2011(2) GLR 1438, ad-interim relief in terms of para 13(B) is granted. However, it is clarified that the bank may not execute the order dated 30.01.2012 but the parties shall maintain status quo. Direct service is permitted.
