JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
To be heard along with Special Civil Application No. 14673 of 2011.
On the aspect of interim relief, I am of the view that if the same is confirmed, then it shall have a far-reaching effect. Therefore, interim relief granted earlier is modified to the extent that if the petitioner-Institution is functioning with less than sixty students, then it will not be closed down but, if it is functioning with 25 or less number of students in a class, then the same shall not be permitted.
