Baroda vs Nirmalaben

In view of the order passed earlier dated 27.02.2012, First Appeal No.4573/1999 filed by the State arising out of the common judgment was ordered to be placed along with this matter. However as per the office note, the papers of First Appeal No.4573/1999 are not found. The office is therefore directed to again make efforts and report by next date i.e. 19 th April, 2012 and, thereafter, appropriate order will be passed.
