Heard Sri Shahroze Khan, counsel for the petitioners, no one appears on behalf of the respondents even in the revised call.
The present petition has been filed alleging that a suit for permanent injunction, an interim injunction was granted in favour of the petitioners vide order dated 3.9.2007, however, in a Misc. Appeal No.32 of 2007, the said order of injunction dated 3.9.2007 was set aside.
This Court while entertaining the writ petition had directed the parties to maintain status-quo vide order dated 5.3.2009.
The present petition is disposed off with direction to the Court below to decide the Suit No.230 of 2007 (Barkat Ali & others Vs. Mohd. Idrish & others) expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The order dated 5.3.2009 shall continue till disposal of the Suit.
