Bari Tala vs D.J.

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|23 April, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

List revised. None appeared for the petitioner. However, I have perused the record.
This writ petition is directed against an order dated 8.8.89 passed by the Ist Addl. Civil Judge, Mathura, in O.S. No. 114 of 1982, rejecting the adjournment application moved on behalf of the plaintiff-petitioner for non-prosecution; the order dated 1.9.1990, passed by the same court below rejecting the restoration application of the petitioner; and the order dated 7.4.1993, dismissing the appeal of the petitioner, passed by the District Judge, Mathura.
Having gone through the pleadings and the grounds in the writ petition, I do not find any reason or error apparent on the face of the impugned orders warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution.
With the aforesaid observations and direction, the writ petition is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Order Date :- 23.4.2012 sks-grade iv
