This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to issue a completion certificate in favour of petitioner society in respect of Layout Map No.200A/91 at Saidpur, Hawkins, Bareilly."
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter at length has confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the concerned authority in respect of his grievances with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the same within a stipulated period Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vineet Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No.2, Vice Chairman , Bareilly Development Authority, Bareilly, ventilating their grievances within three weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after examining the entire matter by a speaking and reasoned order preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
