This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner that it has been passed ex parte.
In my considered opinion as to question the order is ex parte or not is best addressed by the court which passed the order.
This writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Additional Commissioner for redressal of his grievance by means of a restoration application, in case so advised.
