The sole appellant namely, Basdeo son of Kodhey @ Kattey had died in this regard the C.J.M., Badaun has submitted his report dated 28.06.2021.
I have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Badaun, I am satisfied with regard to the death of sole appellant.
Considering the report of the C.J.M., concerned, this appeal is dismissed as abated and same is consigned to record.
