Heard Sri Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and perused the record.
Since the controversy involved in the present case is already engaging attention of this Court in Writ-C No. 37300 of 2019, let this matter be also connected along with the said writ petition and be listed on the date fixed in that petition.
In the meanwhile, parties are also directed to exchange their pleadings.
However, we may clarify that mere pendency of the this writ petition would not amount to stay over and above the actions that the respondents may take for realization of the dues from the petitioner, if the lease has already expired and in the event the petitioner fails to deposit the same as may be directed by the respondents, the respondents will be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
