Case called out in the revised list, none has appeared to press this writ petition which is by the complainant at whose proceedings under Section 198(4) of the UP Zamindari Abolition & Land Reforms Act were initiated.
Both the courts below have concurrently rejected the suit for cancellation of the allotment.
Upon hearing counsel for the Gaon Sabha and perused the record, I do not find any illegality in the impugned orders.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
