Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Kaushambi to decide Suit No.405 of 2016 (Baramdeen Vs. Manorma Pandey and others) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that even the issues have not yet been framed in the proceeding. Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
