Mr.Rakesh Patel, on instruction received on telephone from Mr.Bariya, Deputy Collector, Santrampur, that the election in question is suspended and no further proceeding is likely to take place pursuant to the nominations already filed before respondent No.2, the petitions were not pressed for any relief or any order on merits at this stage. Accordingly, they are disposed.
