JUDGMENT / ORDER

Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J. Heard.
2. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to protection to park and ply his autorikshaw in a particular stand without any threat from respondents 3 to 5.
3. Having regard to the facts stated in the writ petition and the counter affidavit, it is clear that the petitioner's attempt is to assert on a situation where birds of the same feather have flocked together, yet one wants to stand apart. We say so because, the autorikshaws ply from the auto stand with the auto drivers maintaining a rota rule. The petitioner does not appear to like this. The writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be extended to adjudicate on such disputes. Hence, we see no ground to grant any relief.
In the result, this writ petition is dismissed.
