Petitioner appears to be a Jeep Driver in Commercial Tax Department of the State. He has approached the authorities with the grievance that though he has completed requisite number of years of working, but benefit of ACP under the government order dated 04.05.2010 has not been extended to him. Submission is that repeated representations made, although have been forwarded for consideration, but a final decision is yet to be taken.
Learned standing counsel submits that petitioner's claim shall be considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent no.2, along with certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith all materials in support of his claim. The authority concerned shall have the petitioner's grievance inquired into and pass an appropriate order within a further period of four months thereafter, in accordance with law. All consequential action shall be taken, accordingly.
