The applicant in the present case has alleged the violation of the order dated 15.3.2019 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 9629 of 2019. The aforesaid order is extracted herein below:
"Heard Sri Surendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 as well as learned Standing counsel on behalf of the respondents.
Connect and list with Writ-C No. 3155 of 2019 after two months before the appropriate Court.
In the meantime, learned Standing counsel may file counter affidavit."
A perusal of the order clearly reveals that there is no direction issued by this Court and as such, there is no violation of the order of this Court. Thus, the present application is nothing but abuse the process of the Court and is, accordingly, rejected.
