Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Basic Education Officer and the learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents .
Sri Yadav, learned counsel representing the Basic Education Officer, states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the claim of the petitioner for being accorded compassionate appointment, shall be duly attended to and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
