Registry is directed to call for the Record & Proceedings from the trial Court so as to reach this Court on or before 30th March 2012. Considering the fact that the respondents - original plaintiffs have taken over the possession in execution during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Application, respondents are directed to maintain status-quo with respect to the suit property in question. Meaning thereby they shall not part with the possession and/or induct any other person and/or transfer and/or alienate the suit property in question, in any manner whatsoever, till further orders.
