Learned advocate Ms. Manisha Narsinghani submits that the clients have taken the papers of the case. She further states that now they have engaged Mr. Sanjay Suthar to pursue their case.
In spite of the order dated 20.03.2012 passed by this Court, the petitioner-husband has not complied with the order of monthly payment of Rs.10,000/- and only Rs.7,000/- is deposited. In addition to the above, the petitioner is in arrears of the amount awarded towards maintenance.
In view of non-compliance of order dated 20.30.2012 passed by this Court, issue bailable warrants to the sum of Rs.5,000/- to the petitioner-husband, returnable on 23rd May, 2012.
The interim relief granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
