This Court was pleased to issue notice to applicant for the reasons that the then counsel who was conducting case has been elevated to this Bench.
In pursuance of the said order the office report dated 27.10.2021, in which it has mentioned that the applicant whereabouts is not known. It appears that applicant is not interested in the present matter.
Since the matter is old and applicant is not doing pairvi, therefore, the instant application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
