Heard Sri Shobh Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R. S. Pandey, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 1. Sri R. S. Pandey, Advocate, appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 1 submits that since petitioner failed to comply the order passed by this Court dated 06.4.2007 in Writ Petition No. 1979 (MB) of 2007, the recovery proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner. However, at this stage, he has no instructions regarding specific amount due against the petitioner.
We, therefore, hereby direct the opposite parties to provide statement of account upto date to the petitioner within period of fifteen days from today and the petitioner shall repay the entire due amount to the Bank within next fifteen days. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
