JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Virendra Kumar Dixit,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner's application for grant of recognition with regard to B.T.C. course is pending with the State Government. The submission of the petitioner's counsel is that on account of pendency of the application, academic session is likely to be disturbed.
Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the controversy, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the State Government/Principal Secretary concerned to look into the matter and take a decision with regard to recognition in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
Subject to above, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
No order as to costs.
