Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for Electricity Department, respondent no. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the electricity dues, the petitioner accepts the entire liability and is ready to pay amount as per the provision of paragraph 6.14 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005.
In case the petitioner makes an application for payment of the dues, the same be considered and decided by the Executive Engineer in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
