Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant and the learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the complainant has raised an objection that during the pendency of the present second bail application, the applicant filed a second bail application before the court below and the same has also been rejected.
On an objection being raised by the learned counsel for the complainant, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application.
Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
