Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.4 of 2019 dated 28.05.2019 supported by an affidavit is taken up.
Heard Sri Amit Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners on the application.
The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking the following reliefs;
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to regularize the C.C.L. Account of the petitioner/Borrower and setoff from NPA category the C.C.L. Account of the petitioner no.1/Borrower within stipulated period;
ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS restraining the respondents from realizing interest of C.C.L. Account of the petitioner/Borrower from 1.6.2017 to till it be regularized.
iii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS restraining the respondents from pressurizing petitioner no.2 to execute registered mortgage deed to be created on collateral security.
iv. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondent no.2 to initiate departmental proceedings and deterrent action against Respondent nos.5, 6 and of the officials of the Dena Bank against whom the complaints had been made by the petitioners previously;
v. issue any other writ, order or direction as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
vi. award the costs of the petition in favour of the petitioners."
The withdrawal application has been filed with the prayer to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
