The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 04.11.2020 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) No.4232 of 2020 (Bans Raj Singh Vs. Bhanu Chandra Goswami, District Collector).
Today when the matter was taken up, instructions along-with decision dated 4.12.2021 received from the office of opposite party was placed by Sri K. R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on behalf of opposite party, same is taken on record. Copy of the decision was also provided to the counsel for the applicant. It is stated by him that the order passed by the writ Court has already been complied with.
In this view of the matter, Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has been complied with, therefore, no cause of action remained survive.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
