By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Azamgarh, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2018 (Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Azamgarh, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2018 (Annexure No. 8 to the writ petition), in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
