Though served, none appears on behalf of respondents nos. 1 and 2. However, Mr. Pujara learned AGP states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent no. 3 and requests for time. The matter is adjourned to 27.11.2012.
By way of interim arrangement, and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, in the meantime, it is directed that the statutory dues which are payable to the members of petitioner Association shall be paid before the next date hearing, failing which it will be open for this Court to grant interest on the dues as per the prevailing statutory rules and the same shall be recovered from the concerned erring officer.
