1. Heard learned advocate for the applicant.
2. The applicant has taken out present application seeking early hearing of the main petition.
3. The reason on account of which the order in question i.e. order dated 16/04/2012 is passed is expressly and specifically mentioned in the said order. The next date of hearing is also scheduled after taking into account the load of daily roster. Despite the reason for the order mentioned therein present application is taken out. The reason mentioned in the order belies the plea of urgency now urged. The application is therefore not entertained. The application is disposed of accordingly.
