1. Learned advocate Mr. Jani appearing for the applicant has submitted that in pursuance of the previous order, the amendment was carried out and the process of fresh notice has been served qua GIIC as well. He also submitted that the applicant is in process of filing the affidavit of service. Though appearance on behalf of GIIC is not entered, today Ms.Nidhi Barot submitted on behalf of learned advocate Ms.Megha Jani that learned advocate Ms. Megha Jani has been instructed to appear for GIIC and she will be entering her appearance. On behalf of learned advocate Ms. Jani request for adjournment is made.
2. So far as workers are concerned, learned advocate Mr.Mankad has appeared and submitted that he has been instructed to appear for respondent no.3 and he also requested for adjournment.
